The German Association of Removers (AMOE) is located at Hattersheim/Main. AMOE members are 20 regional member organisations covering the Federal Republic of Germany. 1.150 removal companies are directly members in their regional member organisation. Removal business in Germany has a long-term tradition of about 125 years as an organised profession. Some of the companies are existing for more than 200 years as a family business.
